Craig and Daisey Hilbun met for the first time at Pacific Crest’s Memorial Day Camp in 2000, although had already marched together in the Tournament of Roses parade that year. Craig’s sly introduction of “Hi, I’m Craig” led to a friendship between the two throughout the season.
Adrian Rivas marched with Pacific Crest as a charter member from 1993 through 1997, when he aged out with the corps. He was in the baritone/euphonium section then went on to serve as drum major for his last two years. Now as an alum, Adrian continues giving to the place he calls home.
Joe Calderon marched with Pacific Crest as a charter member in the trumpet section in 1993 and 1994. While he did not age out of the drum corps, Joe has remained heavily involved with music both as a performer as well as an educator in Southern California.
Glen Guevara performed with Pacific Crest from 2000 through 2003, and in 2005. During these years, he was able to see the corps transition from a Division 2 corps to Division 1, now called World Class. In addition, he was in the corps when it first travelled out of state and when it performed for
Andrew Bermond performed with Pacific Crest from 1997 to 2002. His mom, Sue Perry, continues to serve on our Board of Directors. As Andrew says, "You will often hear people talk about the Pacific Crest family - but Pacific Crest actually is my family. I'll explain.
Ryan Ellis marched with Pacific Crest from 1998 through 2002, the year before PC attended DCI Championships the first time. He now lives in Wisconsin, and has many fond memories of his time with the coprs and how it currently helps him in his current career.
Jamie Barnard performed with Pacific Crest from 1998 through 2003. During her six years, she saw the uniform change, the new logo, and the first time the corps travelled out of California. As one of the more active alumni, Jamie is one of the Phonothan Managers each year, and also is a regular donor
Chris Vester performed with Pacific Crest from 1998 through 2002. His participation bridged the group's transition from a Division II corps to Division I (now World Class). Chris is a regular donor to Pacific Crest, but more importantly serves on our Board of Director's as the alumni representative.
