Physical Conditioning Consultant
DAVID IFERGAN has been with Pacific Crest since 2010. He has worked to develop a physical conditioning program, as well as kept track of injuries and implemented alternative exercises for those members who have limitations or difficulties.
David was involved in marching band for 8 years, as a student at San Dimas High School and member of the UCLA Marching band. He has played saxophone since the age of 11. While at UCLA he was also a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, the National Honorary Band Fraternity.
Along with his joy of music, David has been actively involved in the field of strength and conditioning for several years. He earned his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in 2006, and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). He has interned as a strength and conditioning coach with UCLA Athletic Performance, the Minnesota Twins baseball organization, Cal State Fullerton Athletics, and has held various other jobs in the field.
David merged his passions for music and working out in 2010 by coordinating the physical conditioning program for Pacific Crest. He teaches biology at Ayala High School, andin his spare time, he enjoys sporting events, going to the gym, and watching movies and television.
